WARNING: This is not your typical mastermind. This is a community of opportunity but also one of expectations. We are here to help your rise and become the person you were born to be.
A Message from the founder:
"There comes a point in life when you realize your voice was never meant to stay small. When you realize that one person really can change the world. Ladies, I've done it all. Tony Robbins Business Mastery, Dan Martell Elite Coaching, B-School, WLTH Walks, Post Secondary & Built Multiple Businesses. I've invested, I've learned what works, what doesn't , and what we need more of. And now, it's all yours. Why? Because if more women had more access to these tools and other like minded women, they'd rule the world - together.
Through my own experiences, I saw the need for something real. A place where women who are striving to be at the top of their game could truly thrive beyond typical networking. This is not about business cards and cocktail conversations. This is about building lives we are proud of, lives that we don't need a vacation from. This is about building a legacy we are proud of and imprinting our hearts on the world.
I believe that small business can change the world. I believe that when one woman rises, she brings others with her. I believe that a rising tide truly does float all boats.
If you own your business, run your own book of business, or feel the pull to build something of your own, this is for you. And if you truly want to leave an impact - this is definitley for you.
In this group will be surrounded by like-minded women who are not only growing their businesses and making an impact, but who are intentionally designing lives that feel aligned, fulfilling, and truly their own.

What you can expect:

Megaphone Monthly Series
Starting March 24th, we'll gather on the last Tuesday of every month. Expect new tips and tricks in business, marketing and more. You don't need to spend hours on the newest technologies or AI - we have it and we will share it.

Monthly Megaphone Pairings
We pair you and two other ladies in your reigon to connect for a walk, a coffee or glass of wine to focus on mental health, connection, and leadership. This is your chance to truly connect with one another and disconnect from your day to day. This is the moment you get to work on your life, not just in it.

Quarterly Events
Larger gatherings designed to bring our entire community together for deeper connection.

Showcasing the powerful stories of women and businesses shaping our communities.

Quarterly Coaching
When you initially sign up, you'll receive a booklet to work through. This is where you list your BHAGs (big hairy audacious goals). Not just in your business but as a woman, in your family, and through your health. We then make tactical movements to reach these goals working on quarterly ROCs. Each quarter you get an accountability check-in with a coach to make sure you're on track or see where we need to pivot because what matters needs to get measured and we're here to hold you accountable.
Megaphone exists for one reason:
To create a place where women can stop shrinking and start building the life they were meant to lead. It's time to be so loud they can't ignore you.
This is not about being louder online. This is about building something so real, so aligned, and so powerful… It cannot be ignored.
